About RCH Drainage

RCH Drainage is the trading name of RCH Drainage Limited, a UK limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17356072). We're a working drainage team based in Northampton, covering the whole of Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties from a single local depot — so when you call, you get an engineer who already knows the roads, the water authority boundaries, and the local drainage quirks.

Our work is split roughly evenly between emergency call-outs (blocked toilets, flooded gullies, sewage backing up into gardens), planned CCTV surveys for homebuyers and landlords, and repair work — patch liners, pipe relining and localised excavations — for domestic and light-commercial customers.

Every job is run by a qualified drainage engineer, not a handyman with a set of rods. Our vans carry high-pressure water jetters, rodding sets, CCTV crawler cameras with sonde tracing, and patch-lining kits — enough to diagnose and fix the majority of blockages and defects in a single visit, without needing to come back with a second van.

We carry full public liability insurance, and we're happy to provide certificates on request before we start work on commercial or contractor sites. Our engineers are trained on confined-space and working-at-height procedures where the job calls for it.

We charge a fixed call-out fee that covers the first hour on site — including diagnosis, rodding or jetting where suitable, and a CCTV camera check if we need one to find the cause. If the job needs more time or a follow-up (a repair quote, a relining plan, an excavation), we tell you the price before we carry on. No surprise invoices, no upsells on the doorstep.
